FitPro’s new TRIBE training concept helps in fitness quest

A new small group personal training concept is being launched by FitPro in the UK.

‘TRIBE Team Training’ aims to bridge the gap between group exercise programmes in the studio and those undertaken with personal trainers in the gym. It offers a “chargeable continuous service” which also improves exercise adherence amongst members by encouraging them to block book sessions.

The concept, which was developed by team training specialists TRIBE, brings together groups of 7-10 participants in three central programmes. ‘TribeFIT’ is a high intensity functional fitness workout; ‘TribeCORE’ is an abdominal workout focused on toning, strength, stability and power; and ‘TribeLIFE’ is a low impact workout that improves total body strength, fitness and toning.

Two other programmes are also available – ‘TribePUNCH’ is a boxing and kickboxing workout while ‘TribeKIDS’ is designed to improve strength and co-ordination in children.

FitPro said the 50-minute programmes had been designed to suit a broad spectrum of ages and abilities, with new releases every seven weeks helping to keep the programmes fresh.

The programmes come complete with fully supported marketing resources including posters, brochures, banners, videos, logos as well as the latest season releases.
